Founders Story

Make Life Easy was founded by Andy Garbarino based in Austin, TX. Andy was born a paraplegic and uses a manual wheelchair on a daily basis. After an 11 year corporate career in Operations and Finance roles within various companies and industries, Andy sought out to build Make Life Easy from scratch.

A main motivator for Andy were the daily observations he would make throughout his own life on the challenges a person with a disability faces navigating the world. He often had to find different ways to do certain tasks, accomplish certain goals, and manage living in a world that necessarily wasn’t built for him. With the acknowledgment that we all face different challenges in life, Andy wanted to create a company that specifically focused on understanding what those different challenges are and offer some solutions. Leaving his corporate career behind with the support of his wife and family, Andy set out to create and spread some good to the world.

At the start of 2024 Make Life Easy was founded with the goal of creating a company that would interact with the disabled community to hear their voices and answer with innovative products. To identify societal problems and challenges that may not be often heard, heard loudly, or even be known in our society.
